I forgot to use a promo code. What can I do?

Promo codes will be available from FanX promotions, FanX business affiliations, and other sources. 

Promo codes can be used on the second page of the GrowTix checkout process. In the upper-right hand corner, there will be a button that says "promo code". Enter your promo code here. Please note, all promo codes are case-sensitive. 

If you forget to put in your promo code after paying, there is no way for you to go back and add it in. Remember to always double-check prior to completing checkout. FanX® Salt Lake Comic Convention™ events have a no-refund policy for all ticket sales. We cannot refund forgotten promo codes.
