CONSENT IS KEY at FanX Salt Lake Comic Convention

We are dedicated to providing an enjoyable and rewarding experience for everyone as safe as possible, regardless of gender, gender identity, and expression, sexual orientation, religion, marital status, veteran status, physical or mental disability, physical appearance, body size, race, national origin, age, dress, political affiliation, or fandom preference in any area, activity or operation of FanX®.

You'll need to ask permission before touching, hugging, kissing, or otherwise engaging with other event participants in a way that may be unwelcome. Remember, when it comes to everyone feeling safe, Consent Is Key! 

Some Celebrity Guests may meet and greet their fans with hugs, kisses, or similar acts of affection. If you would prefer not to be touched, please let a blue or black shirt volunteer near the front of the line know so they can communicate this message to the guest and their handlers for you. 

Anyone found to violate our Universal Zero-Tolerance Harassment Policy will be potentially subject to a wide range of penalties, including but not limited to removal from and denial of access to the event or report to legal authorities.

We do not tolerate bullying or harassment of any kind.
