Pregnancy alone is not considered a disability for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). To be considered a disability under the ADA, covered persons must have physical or mental impairments that substantially limit one or more major life activities. However, although pregnancy itself is not considered a disability, if a pregnant attendee has an impairment as a result of pregnancy, they may access the ADA accommodations we have in place.
