How will volunteers be chosen to work events staffed by L.U.V.?

L.U.V will use a two-tier selection process that will take into account both the availability of the volunteer and evaluations from the previous events, if available. After working an event with L.U.V. every volunteer will receive a short evaluation from the event staff or Volunteer Manager they worked closest with. Volunteers will be rated from 1 to 5 stars on everything from performance to attendance. This will allow us to share our very best volunteers with our community.
