How to purchase your space using the Leap Platform
When purchasing your space - you must select the number of spaces in the left column.
- Select the drop-down arrow.
- Your view of the type of exhibitor spaces will depend on the space you're approved for. All approvals are personalized purchase links for specific space types.
Type in the number of spaces in the box.
You'll find a tax ID question under the dropdown section on the left. If you don’t have a Tax ID number, provide an email address where the Utah State Tax Commission can reach you.
Utah takes tax compliance very seriously. First-time exhibitors are not allowed to set up without completing the necessary filings.
If you’re traveling from outside the United States, there’s a different policy for international exhibitors, but you’re still required to check in with the tax commission. Ensure to provide an email address they can use to communicate with you.
All billing information in the middle column must match the card you are paying with.
Make sure that you check both of these boxes. Unfortunately, your purchase won't go through without those being checked.
Once your space has been purchased, you will see a confirmation screen and a receipt will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout. This is also when you can update your email address if the one you used on your application was incorrect or has changed.
