If I win the Panel Lottery can I bring my friend or family member with me?

No, we cannot accommodate +1s. The panel lottery ticket is for one person only. No kids on laps are allowed for Panel Lottery winners. 

Children ages 2 through 8 years old will require a lottery ticket of their own. Parents can join extra children in the overflow line.
