FanX Salt Lake Comic Convention events have a no-refund policy. Please make other arrangements for your ticket, such as gifting it. FanX Salt Lake Comic Conventions policy is not to resell tickets, photo ops, autographs, or other Leap products to protect Dan Farr Productions from the fraudulent sale of tickets.
If you have any issues with updating, upgrading, exchanging, or swapping your tickets, please get in touch with us HERE
You can transfer or gift your tickets to somebody else. Follow the instructions below to transfer your pass to another person safely -
1. Go into your Leap confirmation email to access the original order
2. Next to the name for each product, click the black "edit" button to update the name on the ticket
3. Enter the name of the person to whom you are transferring the ticket and click "Update Name."
4. Next, click the black "Product Options" button to select how to send the ticket to your friend. You can choose to -
- a. Print and physically give them the QR code voucher to bring to the event
- b. Text or email them the QR code and have them add the QR code to their wallet.
We recommend that you do both so your friend has the most confidence to use the ticket safely.
